Cekay - Ok, well this part depends on your program. But if you are going to use photoshop, you go on DA and use this link: Link and either search or pick out a brush you want to use.
Let's say you want this set. On the right you'll see a download button. Once you click that, you'll want to move the downloaded file to a folder it'll show up in photoshop. So that would be Computer > Local Disk > Program Files (x86) > Adobe > Photoshop Elements > Presets > Brushes. So put the brush file there. Once in photoshop, click where you select brushes and select load, then pick out the brush you just downloaded and you can use it. Hope that's not too confusing ^^;Comment
