I haven't forgotten! I just haven't seen one anywhere. I think they only sell them at "hipster" type stores. I'll keep looking!!

Don't know, you can check out at their website where they are selling it, that's all I've seen. Don't know what kind of shops those are, names not always telling everything *shrugs*. And if not, when the next one is out this one will be for free as pdf, so if you don't find one, it's okay with me, Callista
