Yet another good one last night. This show continues to impress me. I really hope we hear something soon on it being renewed for Season 2.

I would have liked to say this last episode left me cold, but that woudl have meant I managed to sit through the end. As it were, I started watching, wandered to emailing/foruming (which means, as I watch these on my computer, that I keep on hearing what they're saying and every once in a while switching to see the picture) and sort of gave up 10 minutes before the end. Possibly not in the mood for Fringe, cos I'm having a hard time believing it was that bad an episode (last time I did that with a first time episode was, I think, SGA's last clip show), but still, I suspect a good episode could have kept my attention. Ah, well. Win some lose some?Pinky, are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Yes, I am!

Fingers crossed for season 2.
I think it gets better every week, the mystery keeps building.
Looking forward to Leonard Nimoy as Bell, wonder how that will affect Walter. Will it push him over the edge again?Chicago Con Attendee 2011Chicago Con Attendee 2010GateCon Attendee 2008Vancouver Con Attendee 2007

Good episode. It was cool to hear Nimoy's voice on the video at the end, and I finally was able to catch the Observer the first time through. All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing-Edmund Burke
The question which once haunted my being has been answered. The future is not fixed, and my choices are my own... and yet, how ironic! For I now find, I have no choice at all! I am warrior... let the battle be joined.-Dinobot-Code of Hero

I mean no disrespect to the Canadian television industry, but I fear the move to Vancouver for season 2 will see a drop in production values that this show needs to perpetuate its success.
Having New York and Boston as backdrops to the show lends a powerful production element that cannot be mimicked. Also, I dread the thought of seeing the same bunch of actors we've seen in the Stargate franchise, BSG and others over the years begin to pop up on Fringe.
Why Vancouver? Why not LA, or San Francisco? Vancouver is like a worn piece of carpet for the American television industry right now.
If by a quarter of the way through next season I've been proven completely wrong, then I will whole-heartedly admit I was wrong and apologise. But somehow, I think I won't need to.
