    Season 8 to be Arrow's last

    The recently announced Season 8 renewal has a new dimension: it's only 10 episodes, and it's going to be the end of the show

    Sense their is something they are not telling us. This article has all the makings of majority PR spin. My guess is that one of the major characters didn't want to do it anymore.

    That said, im okay given how long the series lasted and I suspect major crossovers with Flash and other spinoffs

        Just a note, Stephen Amell said he and the producers/showrunner discussed that season 8 would be the last. They had that talk some time around season 6, so it was Stephen's decision.
