RUMOUR: Loki & Scarlet Witch to get 6-8 episode TV shows on Disney Play

Take with a big grain of salt for now, but Variety is reporting that these two (plus others, not named) may be getting 6-8 episode TV seasons on Disney's upcoming streaming service, Disney Play.

The article also suggests that these series would be overseen by Kevin Feige, who manages the film universe -- as opposed to the other TV series (SHIELD, Agent Carter, the Netflix shows), which are run by Marvel Comics/TV's Ike Perlmutter via ABC Studios.

I mean, why those two, of all people? I don't think they've even met before?
"First Weir, then Samantha Carter, and now, you! It's a pity you humans die or get reassigned so easily, or I might have a sense of satisfaction now!"

*You got the touch! You got the poweeeeer!*

      "Arise, Woolseyus Prime."

      "Elizabeth..."

Well, the implication of the article is that they'd be on their own shows, not one together.

But I think the first question you ask still stands - why those two at all?

Yeah word has been out for quite a while that Feige and Perlmutter didn't get along. It got to the point where Feige (Marvel Studios boss) convinced Bob Iger (Disney boss) that he, as head of Marvel Studios, would report to someone other than Perlmutter (Marvel Entertainment boss).

Marvel Comics have been through a bit a corporate sack up over a few decades..from Carl Icahn and Ron Perelman to Avi Arad Isaac Perlmutter
