Well I agree that we shouldn't be "catering" to prisoners, but it's sort of a staple food So it would be like saying ok no more salt or pepper

I think that is going a little far, a staple food is bread, milk, meat(of some sort)cheese, maybe, but bacon is a luxury, add it as an ingredient in food, add a little bit to give a better flavor to mustards, collards, turnips, yes, green beans eh, ok, but no, not a staple food.
