no lie.... I thought I was having some type of heart attack or something a couple weeks ago and I was really starting to panic cuz my chest felt really heavy and I was starting to break out into a sweat and I had really really bad chest pains and I was like OMG this is it....and I was driving....following and ambulance to boot I thought well if it gets bad enough I could honk my horn and maybe they would pull over and help me but then I got out my water bottle and started drinking and it helped and my symptoms subsided..... I think in retro spec I was having some weird reflux issue or something

That could be a number of things including just basic heartburn

yeah that was probably it....but I rarely have heartburn if ever ....or chest pains so this was really worrying to me.... making me wonder what was going on and it was a pain like I've never had before.... I think it could have been a sort of reaction to stress too...like maybe a mini panic attack ....which I have never had before either
