I've never eaten that, I've tried many things, but there are a host of things I've never tried. for example, I really like snails (a French place here does them well). Most game is good, particularly soaked overnight in milk to reduce some of the gaminess. Although, I've never had rattlesnake, I understand that it's not bad. Mr. Nola has tried it.
