Texas Department of Public Saftey. I had to renew my drivers license and Texas is very notorious for being beyond slow, so if you got out in an hour and a half, you did good. Nevermind the fact that I had to drive an hour outside of my hometown and the building was so tiny that they only let in 5 people at a time and looked like a weak tropical storm cold blow it down.

2 years ago, when I went to get my license for the first time, the wait was an hour to get in the door, then you had another couple of hours wait just to go through in inside line. Luckily, I don't have to go back for a while, I can renew it online next time (whenever that is)!!
