I don't see it as a bubble of safety. I see it as I'm already living in the best country on the face of the Earth, why would I wish to go elsewhere. I realize others may not share those views of the US, but they are mine.

Of course you don't. You've never been outside the bubble. But if you had, even once, you would realise what most of your posts in this thread look like to other people. You have a.. let's call it a "sheltered" view of the outside world..

I just hope you're not like this in real life. ...We're seeing your inner thoughts here, right? The things that you can share with us here (lucky us ) because they're not attached to your real identity, and we're not the people you have to see every day.

You don't know me very well, do you? I don't hold my tongue for anyone, unless it is in my best interests to do so for some reason. I hold and advocate the same views that I express here to anyone I'm discussing it with in "real life", too..
