Just put on The Fighter, will report back in when I'm done.
/why yes, I am trying to watch all the Best Picture nominees, why do you ask?"A society grows great when old men plant trees, the shade of which they know they will never sit in. Good people do things for other people. That's it, the end." -- Penelope Wilton in Ricky Gervais's After Life

Also, a British acquaintance in real life told me what she thought his older brother (she called him a number of unmentionables ) so I definitely wanted to invite a lady friend of mine to watch it with me. It helps that I knew she'd love the story."A society grows great when old men plant trees, the shade of which they know they will never sit in. Good people do things for other people. Well, turned off The Fighter after about 40 minutes. I enjoy blue-collar to a point, but there comes a point when it's so self involved that it's like fingernails on a chalkboard to me.
Shame too, as I quite like Wahlberg, Bale, and Amy Adams."A society grows great when old men plant trees, the shade of which they know they will never sit in. Good people do things for other people. That's it, the end." -- Penelope Wilton in Ricky Gervais's After Life

HELLO EVERYONE. I WANT TO PLAY A GAME...
In the run-up to SAW VII's release to Blu-Ray and DVD on Monday, March 7th (although I expect I'll receive my copy on Saturday, 5th March), I'm watching each of the first six movies on a daily basis.
On DVD: SAW
Also thought I'd share this with everyone (WARNING: CONTAINS TWO USES OF THE F*** WORD):
