How was it, Cat?

I have to admit that my ONLY motivation to watch Hobbit was the few short scenes with Elrond. I *love* Hugo Weaving's voice, and altho it wasn't as velvety and sexy in Hobbit as in some of his other movies, I still enjoyed it thoroughly

My favourite dwarf is Kili. I have to appreciate a good archer.
Thranduil´s deer at the beginnign is HUGE!
And yes, some of the battle scenes very a bit excessive. Compard to the book, which is actually a childrens book. Is it just me or are the orcs getting more uglier with each movie.
The soundtrack was great again.

Have to read the book again, only problem is, my sister has it in Vienna.
