Oh yesss.....I forgot the Tom Paris Whump in "The Chute". They soooo need an ep like that for Shep and McKay (in my heart of hearts, Shep would be in the Tom Paris role of stabbee and McKay as Harry Kim trying to get him help). Or Tom Paris in "Ex Post Facto", which was the one with the engrams implanted in his head to make him relive the crime he allegedly committed. And Tom Paris and "Alice"!!!!! Alice rocked the house....and the same actress now plays Kate Heightmeyer on SGA.
I forgot Jack Bauer "24" whump yesterday.
Huggles for Julian Bashir of DS9 too. What was the early episode where he was taken over by the spirit of the maniac? I think it was "The Passenger".
Anybody watch "The Unit"? Scott Foley's character got whumped pretty good in one of the first season episodes.
Speaking of guys named Scott......Scott Speedman in "Underworld" and "Underworld Evolution"......his character gets major whumped in both movies.
The "House" episode where he tried not to take Valium.......great show. I adore Hugh Laurie....didn't know much about him before "House" but I'm finding things he's previously done.
Jamie Bamber's Lee Adama in BSG......he got shot (by friendly fire), strangled with piano wire, and was floating in space after being ejected from his Viper and almost died.....and that was just in Season 2. I haven't even seen S-3 yet.
I can't believe it took me so long to find "Smallville". I was in a video store of all places and the manager saw what I was renting and recommended the show to me. At first I thought he wasn't going to be whumped too much because, well, he will be Superman. But then......I started to watch. I can't wait to catch up with Season 6.

Oh there was the ep that House was shot - very nice indeed!!
OMG Smallville is whumpidoodlesquee!!!!!!!! It is the reason that I watch hehehe!!!!
Clark whump! How could I forget that? The humming of a kryptonite is like music to my ears! Superman Returns had a nice whump and Smallville has plenty of it.
Loved Raiders whump!
Love Smallville, and that's the show where Paul, Kavan and let's not forget Jenson all had parts on.
Hee hee this is fun remembering. What about Dan Tanner in Vegas? I am sure he got whumped? And Mal in Firefly? What about Alias Smith and Jones - any of you oldies remember that? And Northern Exposure - a few good eps in that where Joel is whumped! I also love ReGenesis - Sandstrom has brilliant whump in some of the eps in that series and the series is outstanding all round I think. And what about House with Hugh Laurie - he has come a long way since Jeeves and Wooster In SG-1 I love Daniel whump first and then Jack. Oh my gosh I am sure there are loads I am missing out. Sometimes just a couple of eps in a series are worth watching as they have whump - honestly I am awful!!!!!!
Yours, in whump,
Mx
OMG I love Alias Smith & Jones. I have been watching the S1 DVD's and refuse to give them back to my sister. I'm hoping S2 comes out soon.
So who's this hunk? I could watch him get whumped lots!!!!
*waves to fellow whumpers*
It is Michael Weatherly - who is also in NCIS - but is sooooooooo hot as Logan - you must get hold of Dark Angel - it is totally whumpidoodlesquee - poor guy is so full of angst because he gets shot in ep1 and is in a wheelchair and desperate not to be!
A few non- whumpy and a whumpy pic so you can see him better!!!

I have lots of fave whumpy movies, but my brain has gone blank the only one that keeps popping into my head is Navy Seals (its a pretty old movie with Charlie Sheen in it but some good whump!!)
A bit of 007 whump never hurts either
Oh my, yes! I used to love Michael Biehn (I liked him getting whumped in Terminator too! ) and he got whumped but good in Navy Seals... *love* when they give him morphine in the field while they try and move him!
007 whump is always good too... particularly Daniel Craig in the latest one! I've bought the DVD of that but not had chance to watch it yet... must get around to doing so cos it's definitely a film worth re-watching...
As was that one with Hugh Grant we watched a little while ago - Extreme Measures.
Oooh yes, that was good too - he had some lovely whump in that film! Co-incidentally, that's the only film where I've ever really found Hugh Grant particularly attractive!
The "House" episode where he tried not to take Valium.......great show. I adore Hugh Laurie....didn't know much about him before "House" but I'm finding things he's previously done.
House was my main TV addiction before SGA took over my life and I LOVED the whump in it - I love that he is a tortured, angsty character anyway and in physical pain... the ep Detox was the one that really got me hooked though. Hugh Laurie was (and is) excellent in it!
I really rather fancied Hugh in House (still do somewhat) which probably doesn't sound like a big thing to those of you in the US but anyone in the UK will understand me when I say that it feels almost shameful to admit to that... Hugh is so well known in the UK and has never really been regarded as a sex symbol and is best known for playing silly buffoon/idiot roles.. I grew up watching him make a fool of himself in "A Bit of Fry and Laurie" and my brain keeps getting stuck in a feedback loop that goes, "He's really sexy. But it's Hugh Laurie! But he's really sexy. But it's Hugh Laurie!!!"
Oh there was the ep that House was shot - very nice indeed!!
That was a good one too. I particularly liked the bit where he was standing with the patient's wife and starts to look a bit wobbly and looks down and he's bleeding and he collapses in the hallway... *sighs whumpily*

Oh yes the morphine bit is fantastic - can imagine something like that for Shep, but guess it will only be a wish
oh yes the last 007 was really good!! lots of whump, although I am not really a fan of Daniel Craig but he played 007 well
