Calum: The device was insterted at the back of Ares' neck, into his spinal column and then to his brain. Removing it was most difficault. It was like removing a symbiote, one fulse move and it would have been all over. *shakes his head* Damn nasty if ya ask me. He had no control of what he was doing, or who he was controling, it had taken over. Mac has analysed it and he said it's of Ancient design, but it had been modified a great deal, by someone who had a rather good knowledge of Ancient tech.

Calum: The tail of the device was an antenna of sorts, according to Mac, data was sent and received through it. Mac also said it was an access port, the lad didn't take to the mind control easy, he did resist at first. We found evidence of that.
