OMG! I'm so glad I didn't get one of these pix! My first thoughts when I saw them at the con (even though I've seen 'em here beforehand) was "kiddy porn!" Jason said he hated his hair like that, which is one of the reasons he wanted to change it. He chose dreds 'cause he was sick of being the "pretty boy" and there were Hawaiian chiefs who had dreds, so he went with those for a role he took as a hobo. He'll shave 'em off when he's sick of 'em or has a really good reason to. I think he's on the verge of being sick of 'em now... seems they weigh a LOT!
