Not sure myself, but everyone said that the two kids "playing" John's kids in that ep were actually Ben's kids anyway Haven't seen the Starburst edition yet, so I don't know if it's been mentioned in the commentary, like the SG sighting of Ben's kids... but they were about the right age

Katralla was actually pregnant with a daughter, but when they were playing with the gene-machine, they projected a boy first, as a baby, then a pre-school-aged boy.
