Actually, I think the Wraith already need at least a small amount of blood - living tissues can't be repaired from energy alone.

Ahem - status report:

Good News:
-Replacement skin turns all vampires into wraiths! (At least, in appearance.)

So-So News:
-Several supporting mods should probably be used (other than the vampire fixes you should already have if you're playing around with vampires) - a mod to fix them so they don't burn in the sun and possibly a mod to give your wraiths the ability to use a Bite of Death or somesuch thing.
-Since only teens and older can become vampires, only teens and older can become wraiths by means of bite/hack object of your choice. This does sort of fit in with SGA canon, though.
