Indeed. I never found the testing cheats addictive, though. *Shrugs*

I don't know why it's soo adictive Aschen and BBomb told me to try it.....now I can't stop aging my Sims.......I find it easier to age my Baby Sims faster.....because I'm impatient ......but I mostly play to build and decorate.....I built this awsome house yesterday......not done yet though........

I'm not really into cheating my Sims along that much. Sometimes I'll give 'em a nudge now and then, but not that often. The last time I did it was because I was so sick of looking at a house I had a family in that I was ready to scream, and I really, really, REALLY wanted them in a house that I'd decorated all pretty.

my sis's BBomb, Aschen, and Holly we all were debating who could get thier Sims the farthest in 4 weeks with out cheats.... I got my family all the way to having my original 2 Sims had 6 kids (3 adopted) and their six kids all graduated cept 2 were still at home in school...and the first 2 that graduated had 3 kids each I won...Aschen lost because she cheated.....Bbomb came in second, and Holly only wanted one kid.....

I used Motherlode to raise their funds high enough to buy the house; then I refloored the house until I'd brought their money back down to what it was before.

Though I don't tend to use cheats, I do have quite a few mods in my game - mostly to make the game a little less ridiculous in some aspects. (Like the mod that allows my Sims to eat anything at any time of the day.)

And speaking of this family, something very cute and funny happened in their house yesterday.

Shaun Rosen, my townie modeled after John Sheppard (I make my own townies), came home with the husbund that evening. (They're both in the military.) They played music together for awhile, then had dinner. After dinner, the toddler approached Shaun...







I don't think Shaun got it too bad, as he wasn't wandering around with a green cloud for the rest of the evening. Now that Edward has turned into a child, he wants to be friends with Shaun.

Nice house! do you have all the expansion packs?

Yep. With the exception of Shaun's outfit (came with Nightlife), though, the stuff that you see is pretty much base-game stuff. My mother made the kitchen wall and I made the red carpeting.

nice....I have all of them too.....I just don't have the abiltiy to create things in body shop or Homecrafter...... I've been able to make one simple skin....that's all. It looked like Mystic from the x-men....Hunter said it looked Wraith.....I told him.....Hunter it's not wraith it's dark blue fer cryin out loud.....

and my mum found him worthy to own Atlantis season one...... I could put it to much better use.....like actually watching it instead of rubbing it in my sisters face wich Hunter throughly enjoys......he keeps calling Sheppard Mitchell and Mitchell Sheppard.....

What kind of art program do you use, by the way?

errrr.....I've got picture it, paint, and corel photo paint 9......I've been beggin mum to get better programs.....one's with instruction manuals.....I have issues figuring out what does what......

Hm. Myself, I use Paint Shop Pro (currently version 7) and I really like it because it's a very functional program without the 'user-friendly' bells and whistles that usually just get in my way.

yeah we had paint shop pro but we wipped the drive and lost the dang disc

i have photoshop 7 and no manual T-T.... i have no idea what most of the stuff does.... in any case, the only thing i use it for is to digitally paint my drawings and to resize pics... i don't know how to do anything else.... i'm just now learning how to adjust lighting and hue, and i've been have fun but i wish i knew how to do more stuff.... i really wanna learn how to make sigs and banners but i have feeling it's gonna be way over my head @_@
