My Mom and I are on an iPad that's 4th generation running iOS 10 (10.3.3) and we're having some issues with games on there. Now I can't get into the games to do the contact or send feedback thing, so the maker of the games can have the log files, because they crash when I try to open them. If I were to hook up the iPad to my computer, is there anyway I can get the log files directly from the iPad?
