So far so good. I'll admit to being mildly disappointed with a thing or two, and I think the show gets a bit too much praise. But it's still good stuff and I'm enjoying it.
I just found that a lot of Season 1 was quite predictable. Season 2 has been a big improvement in that respect, which is nice.
The show's portrayal of women is pretty horrible though

Oh man I friggin' howled at the whole scene with Ben and Cooper and the guy with the huge ziploc bag of weed and then again come the scene with the guy cracked out on PCP
Holy sh** though, how could they
Spoiler:
kill off Nate?!

With Ben and Coop, I was reminded of several stories officers have told me about people getting strung out on PCP in the mid-80s. Ugly sh**.
Spoiler:
And then freakin' Nate?!
The really whacked thing about this episode is Code 4 is supposed to mean all clear, no further assistance needed, everything's cool, etc. Good episode but my God the last two eps have been depressing.

Indeed they have. The last two episodes have gone to really dark places. With most shows, by the time you hit Season 3 you pretty much know how an episode is going to go. But to go there with Ben's mum and now this, Surprised the hell out of me.
Was your Spidey Sense going absolutely berserk when Nate and Sammy were getting out of the car too though? I don't mean to say I was expecting that result, but I had that really sinking feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach when they started getting out in front of that house swarming with gang members
