I just found that a lot of Season 1 was quite predictable. Season 2 has been a big improvement in that respect, which is nice.
The show's portrayal of women is pretty horrible though

Indeed they have. The last two episodes have gone to really dark places. With most shows, by the time you hit Season 3 you pretty much know how an episode is going to go. Was your Spidey Sense going absolutely berserk when Nate and Sammy were getting out of the car too though? I don't mean to say I was expecting that result, but I had that really sinking feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach when they started getting out in front of that house swarming with gang members
