My god, this actually made me laugh out loud.
Not in the "happy to hear of it" kind of laugh, but rather the "you can't make this stuff up" kind of laugh.

This is really utterly unbelievable. It does really seem that every company that touches the Stargate franchise goes down the drain.

The story of the video games in the past all over again.
I'm glad I never considered ordering with them, especially considering the cost versus what you got (little ships for my taste especially for that price). I see a lot of people reacting that they had sometimes several hundred British Pounds of pre-orders with them.

I hope they still get their merchandise or at least their money back.

That's a shame! I was actually eager to see more of their ships. Glad I got the Ha'tak at least.

The Eaglemoss eShop page is telling customers they are currently offline due to maintenance.

In Belgium we have a list of companies which filed for bankruptcy or close to it. Maybe such a list also exists for the UK, but it sure looks like Eaglemoss is in financial trouble.

I just did a search for Eaglemoss in the public search for company information, and it's legal information is still set to normal situation with an active status. However, this is no set indication that all is alright over there.

Here you go, all the economical information you ever wanted to know about Eaglemoss in the UK.

I guess that explains why I haven't gotten my XL Stargazer that I pre-ordered back in April and was supposed to be released last month.

Maybe try to contact them... or perhaps a refund will be coming.

Thanks for digging into this subject. I hope they will recover. I don't know what could go wrong as they released 100+ Star Trek ships in the past. So they provided a relatively good quality of products and fans were willing to pay for it. So did they overextend their financial plan? Covid? Greediness? Manufacturing problems? Costs of production? Human resources? All of these factors together? It is really a bad unlucky joke that finally when we could get a dozent more different Stargate ships after theirs years of experience on other franchises then they go into this financial problems. I stated for this reason that the curse of the SG merchandise products hit them. It is so unbelievable.

It's a UK company -- Brexit might have something to do with it or in general, manufacturing anything these days and in the last pandemic years has caused many companies to get into financial troubles. Some survive, others do not.

                  It really is anyone's guess.

Former Eaglemoss project manager Ben Robinson says:

Someone I can’t name yet is taking the license to make new Star Trek ships. I am optimistic about ships from other shows but this is further behind. It may be that they turn up with more than one company.
                    Maybe there's still hope...

                    Eaglemoss wishlist: Daedalus - F-302 - Death Glider (Final Cut) - Tel'tak (Final Cut) - Al'kesh - Atlantis (Season 1, Rainmaker) - Puddle Jumper (Season 1, hero) - Lucian Alliance Ha'tak (SGU) - Wraith Super-Hive - Destiny - Seed Ship

Actually if you guys like Stargate models, and you have a 3D printer, my I suggest checking << THIS >> out. Sure, it'll take days to print and set you back nearly $100.00 buck in filament, but oh man, the detail!

It looks like some Eaglemoss models will be released by IXO and PCT in the future. Currently Stargate is not on their list so we can hope that those models will come back.

I have seen some fan made / unreleased Eaglemoss designed shuttles and they are pretty amazing:
