I got an idea that with the ability to enter a Stargate and then come out into a world that could be ANYTHING, the production company to do a Stargate episode that would be about characters being gated into a Movie set (or other TV show) and than they could do some kind of a tie in or crossover to the worlds the movie is being filmed in. In other words if the production company has a movie set and are filming some new movie or Tv show the Stargate characters could then combine with the actors in the world the movie is in and then do some kind of a tie in to the two productions. Stargate could go anywhere and the episode could be used to promote the other production (be it a movie or another TV show). Anything could be possible and if necessary they could make some kind of strange activity in the gate system be responsible for it happening. Just have to do some good imagining to make it work.
I am sure the production company has several projects going on most all of the time so it could be done occasionally or even a new Stargate series could be developed and have the crossovers happen because of some strange change in the gate system with the characters trying to get back home. The cost could be reasonable and the promotional value for the other project could be valuable to the production company. Even Universal Studios could become involved in some episodes using projects they have in production.
