For cryin out loud: Lantian catch phrases

I was thinking the other day, where are the catch phrases in SGA? Where's the "for cryin out loud" or "indeed" of Atlantis? None of the characters have developed these kind of phrases, and I think thats part of what made all the characters in SG-1 so lovable. Don't get me wrong, I love Atlantis, but the closest thing we have to a catch phrase is "Atlantis, this is Sheppard" (which the sound of JF's voice saying that is burned into my brain.) I think SGA needs some real catch phrases. Unless there's some I have yet to notice?
