I was watching an old show called reboot don't know if anyone even remembers it. but a screen cam on that made me choke on my coffee. I had to take screenshots and post them since posting the video is forbidden.

anyway here are the shots of what Megabite call "the gateway" ans yes he walks though it and is pulled to another place.

Maybe the creator of Stargate watched this show and it remained in his subconsious so when he was trying to create a show he came up with this... Stuff happens... It's kind of a accidental plagyarysm (ok I seriously can't spell that). But if the show was created less than 11 years ago then it was probably just a little tribute to stargate. And by the way how important is the Gate in this series?

Well i have never seen or heard of the show but i have just look it up and i know wikipedia is not the most reliable site but it said it first episode was in September 17, 1994 and the movie of stargate came out 28 October 1994 meaning that the reboot show was first but movie take much longer to make so the ideas must have been so close together it hard to tell who had the idea first??

ReBoot Rings a bell i remember watching like one episode then realising it was rubbish?
For any1 in the UK was it on CITV? or whatever ITVs childs Tv programming thing was? I was more of a CBBC 2 guy or whatever it was called back in the day. However i remember Art Attack was cool on 3!

I think it was an Homage to stargate thing. There is a stargate on an episode of the men in black cartoons, and also in an episode of the grim adventures of billy and mandy. Wierd huh? Sorry I got no links, but if I find them, I'll post em.
