No, but occasionally fan comments and quibbles do make it into scripts (ie. Citizen Joe).

The first two episodes are team stories. No character-specific stories yet although there are character-specific throughlines in the various stories.

Does this include Threads or are you talking SGA only? I've yet to find out anything about an audio commentary for this episode.

Paul was working on the lyrics. I don't know if he ever finished them.

I rewatched Window of Opportunity again for the 7,320nd time (not that I'm counting) and was once again taken by how funny Teal'c was just by being Teal'c...that wry smile after slamming the door on that poor geek cracks me up. And don't get me started on Teal'c in that golf getup!!! (I mean it. Don't get me started. You won't be able to shut me up. You've been warned.)

SOOOOOOOOO my question...will we see some episodes either this year or next where we get to see Teal'c being funny? Not overtly...as this just isn't him...but in his very subtle Teal'c way?

We're not looking at any character-specific stories early in season 10. And we're not looking at any major character-driven season arcs - at present.
