Gotta ask... What are "designated safe zones" for civilians? (like David ) Or should he just stay in the Med bay?

I just kinda made that up I think that means if your in a non-combat area, or a closed off area- stay there

For example: if a civilian was working in the gate room, armory, or in a hallway, they would want to get the hell out and into somewhere safer.

They are randomly popping around the base, I believe. O.o

Yeah, they shift in and out of 'phase' all the time, appearing at random on base. This is why the TER's are needed I believe. :/
