It's pretty amazing how long "Stargate: SG-1" has stayed on the air. I remember when the movie (starring Kurt Russell and James Spader) came out; who knew they'd wind up creating a successful "Stargate" TV show (and now a spinoff) so many years later? In tonight's special 90-minute episode, the members of SG-1 grapple with issues that have arisen over their many years of service together before looking with hope toward the future. Sounds like a chance for a "retrospective" to me. In the meantime, Daniel Jackson (Michael Shanks) finds himself faced with a choice between his life and the fate of the entire galaxy. That's some choice. George Dzundza and Issac Hayes ("South Park") guest star.

Reminder - this is a 90-minute episode. It premieres at 8pm, with Stargate Atlantis airing at a special time at 9:30 -- "Threads" is repeated at a special time at 11:30, and SGA repeated at a special time of 1am.
