It certainly looks like the thinker's wife is gonna turn in him and help team flash.

Yeah...looks like she's starting to see him for who he really is.

Yeah...looks like she's starting to see him for who he really is.

She has before and he would erase her memory. So...this just seems to be retreading the same thread.

On the topic of the Thinker, in previous episodes he was able to anticipate and address the emotional responses his wife would have to turn against him.
1) So he started giving her a drug from a meta to make her feel in love again
2) He would know the drug would wear off and she would record a message to herself, then he would drug her again, all within moments of her making the discovery.

So if he is able to predict and handle HER emotions, why does it seem this episode is suggesting emotions are a factor he doesn't consider?

This episode just seemed a sloppy use of the Thinker. I mean, WHY did he even try to intervene with the transport, if he was fine with where Team Flash sends the meta? He wasted his time and "precious" thinking capacity on a problem he didn't have.

I feel like at this point he was getting over confident. He has all the abilities and doesn't think they'll be able to stand against him. He's also been dead right about the other moves they would make so this could even make him angry that they aren't doing what he's predicted.
