When we sent the sangraal to the Ori galaxy and killed the Ori it should've nullified all the priors powers, right? Except of course their telekinetic powers, but the other powers they used and channeled through their staffs was from the Ori. So in essence, they should've been powerless, right?

from what I understood of the prior's abilities.... they were given to them by the ori but it was via genetic manipulation like the machine from the tao of Rodney where it alters his DNA to the point where he could ascend
The ori probably did the same to the prior's but did it in such a way where they needed an ascended beings assistance to ascend or just burn to deathComment
