Where to find blueprints for the Ori Altar?

I'm working on a game mod, and I can't seem to find any blueprints for the Ori Altar (the one Vala was burned on). Does anyone know where I can find them, or a downloadable 3D model I could use as a reference?

Here's what I'm talking about. I'm planning on using it as a village centerpiece, obviously for decoration purposes only, not for burning "heretics", as the mod will be aimed for younger players to use.
