How did the SG-1 from the alternate reality know about our Atlantis's ZPM to blast a hole through the black hole to get to our reality in order to steal the Prometheus to go Atlantis to steal it????

We via danny realized not only was it a window INTO seeing what was happening in other realities, but also a doorway to that reality..
Who's to say the one that team from, didn't realize that fact, and only SAW what was happening through the mirror... hence why they had to use that method they did, to GET here..

There are an infinite amount of alternate reality. One different choice means one different AU.
So think about it. You walk to work in stead of drive. New AU. You eat a ham sandwich in stead of a beef sandwich. New AU. There are trillions of universes exactly like ours, except for one small irrellevant change.
All SG1 needs to do is connect to a sufficiently close AU and derive everything else (access codes, adresses, ZPM locations) from their own universe. They know we have a ZPM in atlantis because we're close to their universe.
