Wow. What a tear jerking ending. Well at least we now know how Bobbi and Hunter get to be in their own show now, they are fully disavowed by shield

I couldn't help but notice Agents of Shield seems to have forgotten that the President is the head of the Russian government, not the Prime Minister.

It would be like if Hydra were trying to stage a coup in the States by assassinating the Vice President.

They also treated Malta as if it were some criminal safe haven in Season 1. Pretty sure they aren't too keen on completely realistic country portrayals.

Poor Putin, no one seems to know what his job title is...maybe he should do more shirtless photos! :P

I kept it together... And then Mack's face at the end.... I just broke down, man. I honest to god cried my eyes out....

Is it me, or did it seem sadder than if they had died?

Depends how a death scene would have been done if they had gone their route. I do admit the bar scene was quite sad

So far there has been VERY few Tv show episodes that have been as close as this to me breaking out in tears. One of the other's was my first watch of Meridian, another was that episode of Quantum leap where he was at risk of losing connection permanently cause he 'leaped' into the body of that schitzophrenic black kid, who got shocked....

Just like last night's episode of Criminal minds..

At work, we've decided to do this sort of leaving party if one of us leaves...

I bet you all secretly want someone to leave just so you can do it.

Funnily enough, one of my friends handed in his notice the day this episode came out, he leaves at the end of April... :D

They're getting their own show, "Marvel's Most Wanted," although it is possible they might re-enter the SHIELD story lines some time down the road.

I would love it if it became a summer show. Same with Damage Control. I don't want there to be TOO much overlap with Shield.

I would much rather get another season of Agent Carter than 'Most Wanted'.

Agent Carter is awesome. I'm actually enjoying that more than Shield

The ending of this episode was sad. I didn't know this was going to be the one where they write hunter and Bobbi off. I hope they at least guest star at some point. And I'll probably check out their show. The goodbye scene at the end was well done.

Not me. Carter's ok, but no where near as good as shield.

Ok, so I'm watching through the series again currently and just got up to this episode. It makes about the fourth or fifth time I've seen it... I still get choked up at the end. Like I love the whole scene with the Spy's goodbye, and then you just see Mack's shaking hand and panning up to is face and it's like an instant gut punch.
The whole cast nails that scene. But it really shows how great an actor Henry Simmons can be.
