Predators or Terminator Salvation?

So these topics seem really unrelated but when you think about it;
both are based off beloved 80's action movies.
both are dark, gritty updates.
both showed us something we hadn't seen before (or barley saw) from their respective franchises.

So I know neither were very well received but personally I think they were both well done, granted one better than the other (Predators) so im just wondering if you had to choose between which you prefer which is it and why?

Predators.

I've always been a big fan of both, and ironically Arnie being a major part of both, for me though Terminator was Arnie, after the third one (which wasn't overly great) that's where it ended for me.

With Predator, Arnie wasn't a major part of the bigger picture as you were focusing on an alien race, with Predators you learned more that there are sub species etc, and although Predators wasn't overly brilliant either compared to Pred 1 & 2, it left a lot of open space to move forward with another movie, or another Alien vs Predator.
