Comic Con Experiences

I just wanted to ask you if you have been ever to a comic con or a similar con? It would be a dream of mine to attend one of these cons one day, be it in san diego or new york and just wanted to ask you what your experience were and if you met someone you really like or not.

I really wish I've been to comic con too. Hopefully next year (but I saw that every year). As far as conventions I've only been to HP ones, and there was sometimes minor celebrities or fandom celebrities who were always there.
