How and when did the Ori create/seed humans in the Ori galaxy?

How and when did the Ori create or seed humans throughout the Ori galaxy?

Did they do it the same way that the Ancients did it in the Milky Way and Pegasus galaxies?

Did the Ori guide the evolution of humans in their galaxy over a long period of time or did they create humans in a short period of time?

Did they create humans before or after they ascended? If after, then did they use their ascended powers to create humans from raw material or primitive life?

If the Ori created humans before the Ori ascended, did they instruct the humans to worship them while they were still pre-ascended corporeal beings with near-ascended powers?

The Goa'uld seeded the Milky Way with human slaves, the ancients had no need for humans, at least not after they ascended. I'm not sure who seeded the Pegasus galaxy, if it was the Wraith or the Ancients...

The Alterrans seeded humans before they ascended in both the Pegasus and Milky Way galaxies. My expectation is that the Ori would have done this as well. For all we know, it's possible that the Ancients did this even before the Ori/Alterran split. That would make those humans predate us by millions of years. Maybe the Alterrans just replicated an existing process in our galaxy?
