We can't know for sure, but it seems to.

Well, the crystals in them are linked so the Doci can talk to them all at once, so it probably could be used for priors to talk to each other as well.

No. When the Jaffa attacked that planet with the Dakara weapon the prior was killed, but Adria's pendant saved her.

He may. He may not. He's never been seen with one. I don't think he needs one, personally.
