He had a very small part in the Jodie Foster, Matt Damon film, Elysium...not sure when it comes out though....filmed at Bridge if I recall rightly.....

Elysium is written and directed by Neill Blomkamp who wrote and directed District 9 - which was a very good movie.sigpic

Anyone know anything about when this show is scheduled to air and on what network? I'm actually excited to see it after watching the sneak peak on youtube. I love Erica Durance too so thats a huge bonus

Well so far there's been rumours that it's been picked up by NBC, that filming starts in Toronto in March and it will air sometime during the summer....keep your eyes peeled on MSOL (link in my signature) for news...

unknown_k - Life on Mars (seminal UK TV from 2006) managed two excellent 6 episode seasons from vaguely similar starting point (protagonist badly injured in episode 1). As you say, it's all down to how well it's written. It looks fabulous, production value wise.
MylittleEli - the promo piqued my interest too, which is, of course, what they are supposed to do.
deeds - if NBC do pick it up, it has a much greater chance of turning up in the UK on Channel 4 or Channel 5, I'd think. Fingers crossed.

That's what I thought....Ch. 5, Living or maybe FX - (cable I know, which won't do for you) ...FX has "Rookie Blue", the police drama which is, I think (but don't 100% quote me on it) either written by or worked on by some of the same team involved with "Saving Hope"....all I know is that RB has been picked for a 3rd (again I think, don't quote) series and has been well received as a drama....
