Between Kirk, Picard, Sisko, Janeway, and Archer; who was your favorite leader and why? Feel free to consider all versions of a character when choosing.
I choose Jean-Luc Picard, because he solves his problems through peace. He is a great debater, can hold his ground with Data, he can argue logic, he can fight when necessary, he is great at solving diplomatic problems, and he is an all around likable character. I also like that he was an older captain after the younger Kirk who preceded him. It allowed the writers to write a man of wisdom where as Kirk was a man of action and passion.
I like all of them for different reasons, but Picard is deffinately my favorite. I wish he could have been worked into the 2009 film, but Nemesis makes a well enough send off for Picard.
