if you guys are serious(must be from overseas), college basketball in the states is a huge event that lasts for weeks. it's televised to hell and back and just wreaks havoc on television schedules lol

I don't think SyFy cares about SGU's ratings anymore.

I live in the US and didn't know it was a huge event. Of course I guess it would be...

Never heard of it. Knew the US had college basketball but didn't know that it was televised or a big deal.

                    Quick, lets crucify the foreigners!

Its a college basketball tournament in the U.S that runs for a few weeks and is extremely popular. Basically imagine SGU airing at the same time as the soccer EuroCup or Champions League finals in Europe.

Isn't college basketball semi pro? Whereas Champions League is more like the NBA.

Of coarse Syfy doesn't want the ratings to suck as you so eloquently put it. Higher ratings equates greater profit. Lower ratings equates profit loss. Why would Syfy want to risk a profit loss? The answer is; the program scheduler is either incompetent, unwilling, or unable to reschedule the episode for unknown reasons.
