That the crew can now control Destiny?

He disappeared in an episode before the bridge was revealed to the entire crew. Only Rush was secretly able to steer the ship to dock with the seedship. So how does Telford know all of a sudden that the crew now have total control over Destiny?

Well the fact Destiny was off its Ancient flight path is a pretty good guess

maybe the seed ship was just following destiny and he figured it out when destiny went to go investigate the battle. but yeah i don't really trust him either.

Maybe he was told by one of our guys escorting him to the Bridge ? Hey this is the Bridge Rush found it & unlocked the master code while you were away. It would take all but 10 seconds or so to say that by the time Telford boarded Destiny & made it to the Bridge. A little imagination people

Destiny docked the seed ship by itself, Rush was in the observation deck when it happened

Maybe the seed ship know where Destiny is at all time, Telford did say the seed ship has been trying to catch up with Destiny

Destiny may have a follow the seeder function (or the writers forgot when he left)

We know the Seeder ships are destiny are linked by sub space radio an the seeder ships constantly sends destiny new data. Which could be a other reason why destiny have to constantly leave FTL.

But it should be pretty easy to trace the subspace signal back to the location of the destiny.

As to how he knwe they had control of the bridge, pretty easy the Ursini have most likely map the gates in there galaxy which may have led them to the seeder vessel in the first place, they use a copy of that map to tell that Destiny has gone of the trail of Stargates that the seeder vessels have laid down ahead of destiny to mark her route.

considering Telford knew where destiny was, that they had more control was a safe assumption

I thought they had control over sublight engines all the time, just FTL was out of bounds.

That was after they flew into the star.

I trust telford for now but i do agree that this is a very good point. the only logical solution is that they saw destiny change course and figured they had control. *shrugs*

They had no control at all - thats why in Faith they had to go around the sun and pick them up on the way back around. The ship plotted that course and there was nothing they could do.

He concluded Destiny was not on the course set by the seed ships, they must have gained control.

I don't trust him either. Could he now be brainwashed/controled by the Ursini?

could the poor guy be the victim of another brainwashing?

well , Telford told the Destiny team, the Ursini use their pod 's neutral interface to communicate with him , and he also told them the pod also provide nutrient for him.

For someone who has been living in and feeding off the Alien pod . Personally i would have question for someone who just had some pod experience.

My guess is that the seed ships have a copy of Destiny's projected flight path in their own database, and when Telford and his "crew" started following Destiny they noticed that she was not on that course.

It's also possible that Destiny sent out a subspace message to the seed ships - all of them - that she was now under "manual control." Sort of an announcement that the preliminaries of the mission are over and now the next phase can begin. Perhaps the seed ships are programmed to do something different once a crew arrives on Destiny and assumes control.
