In the series Lost, they found a set of Gold clubs and it was Hurley's idea to play golf in order to relieve the tediousness of being on an island.

In SG U, there is no means of recreation in that particular manner. There are no cards, there are no games like Monopoly. There is no sports equipment to play games like football.

So, how would people cope without those forms of recreation?

They have cards, exercixe(running, yoda, general cardio etc.), sexual intercourse, exploring the ship, exploring other worlds, reading, writing, drawing (wray's sketch of her painting at home) and they can also take part in other kinds of recreation on earth, like Chloe drinking herself into a stupor.
