    Reverse course?

Now that they have full control of the ship, do you think they should or would turn back for a bit and pickup Telford and any other stragglers?

I think in some of the promos we saw the people they left on that garden of eden planet, so maybe they'll go fetch them too.

From their perspective Telford is long dead.

and risk running into the browns or the blues on their reverse course, no chance.

there first objective is to get them all home.

How is Telford long dead from their perspective? Isn't he just stranded in their perspective? Okay, so there are aliens running around, but they were never that much of a threat, unlike the Blue Guys. Maybe I'm remembering wrong.

Also, is their first objective getting them all home, now? I feel like Young is going to go along with Rush's "this is more important than all of us" speech.

hehe. Not trying to be difficult, I just like to talk.

My feelings on the will they or should they question:

Telford, they should. The others, they shouldn't. The people left on the Faith Planet---it was their choice. And when I say they should try to retrieve Telford, it kind of depends on how long it would take. Thinking in terms of Battlestar Galactica---would it take 1 or 2 quick jumps to get back to him...or would it eat up too much of their time and resources. But SGU jumps aren't really as instantaneous, are they.... anyways, I miss Telford. They should get him.

He can't be considered long dead since it's clear to anybody that the seeder ship aliens weren't hostile or violent.

Hostile or not won't change the weeks without food or water.

Its a big ship. Those aliens had to live on something either feeding their pods or for when they woke up. Telford is smart.

What will change the weeks without food and water is that the Seeder ships have very basic life support, also, the brown aliens have the pods, they maybe able to support human stasis (if thats what they were doing anyway)

Thats assuming the aliens eat or drink the same thing as Telford.

Let's not get behind the point.

They need to turn the ship around to at least try to get Telford back. If they don't do it, they suck.

We can imagine the worst, or the best, but we need to assume he's still alive. He's one of us.

Why assume he is alive when he probably is not? Its a waste of resources

Because he's one of us. We must assume he's alive and nothing point to the contrary beside the fact that you don't want SGU to have a plot hole.

As far as we know Telford may be playing a version of alien Chess game with his new friends. Or maybe they put him in the brig and wonder what to do with him.

Assuming the Seed ship hAS a brig, all we saw were basic life support, which we dont even know, includes food and water

Why assume he is alive when it makes very little rational sense?

I mean a locked room (or pod) in which you keep someone lock in it. But that's beside the point.
