Alright, first post. :D

I thought it was great start to finish. :) I liked how it started with Henry and Kate trying to catch up on history with Helen, and that they were talking abut 1944, kinda foreshadowing a future episode. :) It was cool seeing a red hazmat suit on the show, it reminded me of Sam when she wore one on the show, I like how fast the ambush came up, and how Kate ended up with the suit, I think it knew she was trying to save it, and that's why it picked her as a host.

Did anyone see Helen's screen saver, it looked like a wormhole? :p Anyway, I love the bad guy, he wasn't all bad ass, he actually seemed likable, and I think I've seen his main bad dude on Stargate somewhere. It was really cool seeing Walter/Chris again, I think he added a lot more to role this time than last season, and I think he showed a side to Walter that needed to be seen and I'm glad he was able to take charge and make the movie the way he wanted. Agam did a great job in this episode, I'm glad that she got an episode to herself, and I wonder if she did the fighting moves herself. And Helen, even though we didn't see a LOT of her this episode, all her parts were really good, and I loved how she gave that dude attitude. ;)

I'll review more in my replies. :D

Great episode, I really loved Helen's lines, Kate was great, and she looked so awesome in the black suit.
Walter = the Adjuster, I can't express my feelings .. he was great, funny and I was totally out when he was running, it was cool :D
I enjoyed the episode .. I am going to rewatch it tomorrow :)

The Ep turned out a lot better than I thought at first (ok.. i was having internetproblems so I only understood half of the first 15 minutes -.-)
I liked Walter.. but I thought he was kinda funny the first time XD but still, defititely an improvement!
I thought the bad guys were quite a bunch of idiots... didn't really like them (but that's the point, isn't it?). It had some nice Helen scenes and I definitely want her office window XD
Aaaaand not to forget, the most squeeworthy part today: Kate could have taken out Henry without kissing him.. even though she wasn't able to think rational.. but that was the case in Broca Divide, too XDDDD
(what exactly was that talk about 1944 about? as I said.. couldn't really watch it :()

My brother-in-law called Kate the Mumbai Minx.

I thought that the suit was developed and was not naturally occurring was cool. I didn't like the "bad guy"; Helen was right, he's a spoiled brat. I'd rather not see him again. Ever. :P Alive anyway. I also liked how the suit didn't think The Adjustor (forgot name) was worthy of the suit.

Poor Henry, he might not be living with Mom, but he is living with the closest thing he has to one - and his shop looks to be in the basement. RyRo is incredible. He makes Henry's reactions so real!

I was rather surprised it was Helen who knew the Russian mob boss. And managed to broker a deal. Not so sure I bought that bit.

I don't know. I wasn't as impressed with this ep as much as I thought I would be. I think there were too many call-backs to too many different things. It annoyed me. I hope this is the ep I'm least impressed with for the season. :S
While there were moments in the ep I enjoyed, overall it fell flat for me. :( I really wish I could say I enjoyed it.

I *did* like (spoiler for future ep):
how they brought up Normandy now. Makes sense, considering...

Apparently Kate and Henry were going thru storage - some of which is Helen's personal mementos/belongings - and found stuff that seemed to indicate she was on French soil during the battle. They had a bet going as to whether she was or not. She never indicated whether she was or not.

Indeed, Helen is like a mom to him. :) I mean she is old enough to be his mom... and grandma, great grandma and great, great, grandma. :p

I liked the ep.

Being a history buff, all the talk of Helen being in Normandy in '44 was very cool.

Just a thought about the Russian mob boss, could he be an abnormal that Helen helped at some point and that's why she knows him?

And what guy wouldn't want to see Kate in a cat suit or Helen for that matter?

I have to say I liked it better than I though I would. Agam did a great job, she's seem so natural like she wasn't even trying. I actually like that her because it didn't seem force. Love Kate's hair style. I wanted Magnus to punch the kid with money, then again I want her to punch all the bad guys. A lot of us sometimes complain that Will is not acting the part of scientist enough, but we forget that he used to be a cop as well. Henry is so funny, love his character. Is ironic that for a wolf he's so easy prey for Kate. I guess the bugs felt that Walter sold them out. But once he redeem himself they could see that Walter just got a little lost and needed a little push in the right direction to find his way.

It fell rather flat for me as well. I didn't care much for Hero last season, though it did improve on me later, so I wasn't expecting much from the sequel. I think the premise was pretty interesting, revisiting Walter and his suit, I just didn't care much for the execution. Kate as the bad guy was fun and AD did a good job with it, though I was expecting a bit more from a Kate without inhibitions. The storyline with the grandson was alright, though it was interesting that Helen seems to be on fairly good terms with a Russian mob boss.

I did like the bet between Henry and Kate about Helen being in France in 1944, and the scenes between Walter and Henry were quite good, as was the closing scene between Helen and Kate. And the stuff with the filming of the Adjuster movie were pretty funny, reminded me of Wormhole Extreme, and it must have been rather funny for the crew to be filming their own studio. :)

Unfortunately this episode fell a bit flat for me too. (Maybe after a few re-watches it will grow on me but first impressions; it was ok.) Hero from season two isn’t one of my favorite episodes either.

But I have to say all the cast did a fabulous job Agam, Amanda, Chris and the guy playing Virgil. (Am I mistaken or wasn’t that the same guy playing the camera man in season 1 Instinct?)

There was a lot of great moments like the Normandy bet between Henry and Kate, the filming in the studio (Dan Payne as the beefed up Adjuster) the green screen finally getting to be on camera as itself ;) and Martin Wood lending his voice to the director. :D

Chris G had some great and funny moments too, like his awkward hand shake thingy with Henry and when they make the discovery of Inverset he’s mimicking Will’s movements like leaning on the chair as he does etc. And when Henry comes to Helen’s office to present his finding and Walter goes ‘I helped!’ the look on Helen’s face is priceless! :D

I had hoped this episode would be more about Kate going vigilantly but as of now she’s still strapped to the table halfway through the episode. (And to me it would have been far more interesting if she would have wanted to keep the suit on not because they had messed with her brain but because she really didn’t want to take it off for what ever reason.)

I think the reason this episode didn’t hit as high as the rest of this season for me was because it was lacking this natural funny repertory they’ve established between the characters in the previous episodes. Except for the beginning there wasn’t much of that at all in this episode.

To me it felt like they were trying to squeeze in too much in this ep, we got Kate with the suit, Walter with his movie deal, the bad guys having this elaborate plan that needs to be explained and our gang trying to find Kate. And a lot of the dialogue had to be explaining what was going on.

However, I’d love to get my hands on some Adjuster swag, the suspenders were brilliant! :D

Add me to the 'fell flat' club. I'm not gonna go into the things I didn't like, if I do we'll be here for a while and I haven't had enough coffee for that.

So the few redeeming things about this ep.
- The comic book switches between the scenes really added to the feel of the ep
- The interaction between Helen and Virgil (Tho' who names their kid Virgil? It's like saying this child will grow up to be the bad guy)
- Helen's hair (yes it is a redeeming quality, leave me alone)

i had an uncle named virgil ;)

i went into this with low expectations because Hero was one of the only episodes, when i rewatched them before TSE, i refused to rewatch. I consider it the shows low point and just how painfully cheesy it CAN be.

this was better. they didn't humiliate kate, which is a plus. they set it up so the guys didn't get to oogle her, another plus (a 'fun' thing show makers tend to like to do, humiliate the female characters by letting the boys see them naked). Walter seemed to learn a lesson, which was good.

I think it was as good as it could be. but it was like a sequel to Wormhole Extreme or Emancipation. if you dind't like the original that much, any sequel will fall flat

Agam did a great job in this episode, I'm glad that she got an episode to herself, and I wonder if she did the fighting moves herself.

It was spot the stunt double time. The women that did Agam's stunts is bigger then her. You can clearly see the difference in the "apology scene".
-------------------

This was a bit weaker then the other eps, but not bad. Kinda like Bank Job. It just wasnt that funny. But the scenes with Walter at the office (with Magnus), at Henry's lab and then with the Big Guy were fun lol
Oh and the Big Guy getting ready to fight Kate! Major LOL moment!

i will probably have to rewatch this one to get a better feel, but it wasn't my favorite. I didn't love the first hero ep either, so I'm not surprised.

My favorite part of the ep was the few minutes of Henry and Kate pestering Mom Magnus over Normandy.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but as much as I am growing to love Kate, the suit was really distracting to me because when a spandex suit is hanging off your body that way, I want you to eat a cheeseburger. I'm not normally bothered by Kate's small size when she's dressed in her everyday Kate-wear, but the suit kind of annoyed me. Also, the faux cleavage was just silly.

The stunt doubling and cut backs to Kate also distracted me to no end.

Regarding next week:

I wish they'd put a team episode in between secondary character episodes. Love Henry and am super interested in learning more about his abnormality, but after an entire episode of Kate, I want more Magnus and mythology. Also, I need me a Druitt fix. ;)

Okay, I'll throw my 2 cents in to say: ME TOO as far as it was fine, but not my fave. I too didn't really enjoy the first Hero that much, and as I recall (vaguely, w/o looking it up) part of the reason was that I still was mourning Ashley but no one else seemed to be, but I digress....

Honestly, I was a bit distracted while watching this so to be fair I need another viewing. Bottom line, I felt it was just a way to sex Kate up, which she did beautifully. (And my husband greatly appreciated...He was particuarly mad at Magnus for covering her up in a certain scene. What a prude ;)

The suit itself was cool and the concept was cool, but in a nutshell, the episode was one dimensional to me.

I do hope the wrestling fans stuck around and liked it ;) But hoping for better things next week and SO LOOKING FORWARD TO BREACH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Peace ya'll! Off to write fic now!

Just to add my two cents this week as I didn't until late last week for that episode... *ponders if I reviewed Trail of Blood now or not*

Anyways this episode let me say just for the record it wasn't my favorite episode of the season nor was Hero my favorite episode from last season but I don't think these shows are designed to be favorites just funny little 'one shots' in a way...like a story, like Bank Job was this season. This episode turned out far better for me than I thought it would be but allow me to say that I think my feelings toward it are because I'm honestly NOT a comic book enthusiasist. *Ducks the tomatoes coming my way* Yes I know it's hard to believe and I do enjoy a good comic book in an area I'm interested in now and then but it's just not something I'm crazy over.

The way that they had Walter involved in the episode really impressed, I mean really. I thought he was just going to be a background/stick around, pay homage to the first 'adjuster' character and he wasn't...he had a legitimate part of the action and I really liked that. :D

This episode was by far in my opinion or so far one of Kate's (Agam's) shining stars in the Sanctuary world. I have to say she's growing on me and yes I know people may HATE me saying this but I actually think she fits in a little 'better' with the world of Sanctuary than Ashley did. Not that I'm dissing the actress before you all start throwing things, Emille is great and I've become a fan of her work, but just try in your mind to see Ashley in the situations we've seen since about episode 6 of last season, Fragments, and it just can't be done. She had too much history with the Sanctuary 'team', there wasn't enough tension and insecurity about what she had to do. But my point is I think Kate is fitting in very well and her scene at the end with Helen was perfect, she was just glad to be home and it was clear on Helen's face she was glad she was home too.

Though we didn't get to see a lot of Helen in this episode, at least not as much as I would have liked, I have to say the parts she was in rocked. But let me ask a question and NO I do not NORMALLY notice this people as I'm a girl but it just hit me wham bam last night. Amanda looks extremely HOT in that hazmat suit and I do mean in a good way. :) :D Normally when I've seen them in shows and movies they are very unflattering to an actor or actress but she looked comfortable, it fit tight enough to show off just enough of her figure and she made it look GOOD!!!!

Overall a great episode, all the characters had a great bit of growth in this show and it's one I'd watch again. As I said not my favorite episode of the season but I went into it not expecting it to be, just a fun little foray into the Sanctuary world and I got what I was hoping for. I'm going to rewatch it today :D

Well, it was better than I had feared. They managed pretty well to walk the cheese line. ;) It had a few good moments, but it's not in danger of becoming a favorite of mine.

I liked that Walter was treated as a real character.

I liked that the suit was kind of a character itself.

I liked the little moment where Kate said she was glad to be "home." It actually didn't feel forced to me.

Loved Magnus' long coat. :)

Well if they used his old suit...he has lost a lot of weight...

This episode turned out to be fun to watch. I should know better than to form opinions before hand (slap my own hand). My only concern, we need to get more people to watch. This show is much too good to go away too soon. I want another 3 to 5 years (or more if possible). So lets make sure there is plenty of word of mouth comments about the show!

Yea, I felt the same, it was much better than Heros I and I found Walter's character more endearing. I didn't mind Kate in this one, her Cat Woman wasn't as cheesey as I feared it may have been. I also agree with what someone said about not embarassing the female character by having every one see her naked. It was handled well and yes, now we know why Magnus wears long coats ;)

I also like that Kate was dealing with the guilt she felt for hurting everyone.

A quite good episode but it won't become my favorite episode of the season. It was a solid episode with some really good moments in it. The previous episodes were simply better.
In my opinion there were not enough character interaction moments. But I really loved the beginning with Henry and Kate trying to get an answer from Magnus. Amandas face is just great:D and the end: Nice that Kate feels at home at the Sanctuary. Btw: I want that place at the window with the great view ;)
I would have liked it better if Kate had spend more time running around searching for people from her past. In my opinion she was tied up too long.
The mob boss thing was nice
I really hope we learn more about Helens time in France in `44

i didnt expect to like this episode. i didnt dislike it as much as i thought i would though. i didnt like the "wormhole x-treme" feeling it gave me with walter making a movie out of it. i thought kate in that costume would be cheesy based on the promos and trailers, but it wasnt at all cheesy imo when watching it in the epsiode. i liked when walter ran across the road to the pay phone, put the receiver to his ears/mouth and he realised it wasnt attached. dunno why i was amused by that but the music built up to it well.

i enjoyed the ep! :)

didn't love it, but i didn't think i would. i 'know' every ep can't continue the seasons mythology, but...

things i liked and disliked, in random order:

*HELEN! :D

i'm sure that surprised some ppl. sorry for throwing out that surprise

*cute bantery scenes, with henry/kate/helen, and with henry/walter.

*kate. i enjoyed kate. this ep cemented me liking her more than ashley. she just 'feels' a better fit for me. (though i DO miss mom/daughterness)

*i think too much time was spent on experimenting on kate.

*the bad guy was cute. :p i liked it that he wasn't really 'that' bad, like being concerned of kate's pain, and backing down to helen at the end. :p

*the bald guy that hit will was another stargater actor. :p

*LOVED kate's line at the end, where she said she was just glad to be home. :)

*helen's leather jacket. :D

*kate getting back at the dudes in the warehouse.

*kate kissed henry! :D but henry didn't have time to really return it. dang. :p

*i didn't really like the way biggie went kungfu on kate in that scene. looked kind of :S to me.

*walter being the hero. and that suit rejecting him for becoming a butt-weasel.

*i liked and disliked the wormhole extreme vibes. but with this ep, i very much liked how the making-the-movie turned out.

*henry's niiiice arms.

*ppl saying one of their least fave eps of sanct was 'hero', whereas mine was 'warriors'. oh pls no sequel to that ep. :S :p (though it did have good helen/dad scenes)

*kate climbing walls. :p

on a side note... does anyone else notice that helen isn't IN as much of the eps as she used to be?

the helen-will-kate-henry-biggie-tesla team feels like family. i like that. i LOVE that actually. :)

I'm with the general thought. It was better then Hero I but given the poornes episdoe that is not saying much.

I'm going what is the pont of this episode? It did nothing to the character and stories. It seemed rather pointless except to have them chase after a superpowered Kate.

I have to admit that I actually liked Hero pt1 a little better (and no, that wasn't a fave of mine either). :o Yes, Pt 2 cleary was better in many ways, but for some reason I much more enjoyed seeing Walter in that suit, totally over the top. I love cheese from time to time. ;)
I too thought this ep was 'ok'. It was nice, made me smile (Walters 'running to the phone scene, I somehow found hillarious. First with him holding on to his pants and then the non working phone made me giggle).
So yeah. It was nice. Nice character moments, nice idea... Nice.

And I happen to disagree haha I much prefer Kate in the suit.. I think it was a little more interesting. Don't get me wrong, Walter was great in the suit but I just like Kate's edgy attitude and the way she handles things and when she's in the suit it gives more..action? (i dont know how to explain it haha) I absolutely adored this episode. :P

Still annoyed by the lack of the title sequence.

me too. how can i like the new music when i never get to hear it?

It's a shame because we get the full title sequence and the whole show.

Poor guys, the opening theme is normal for us in Canada, and I wish it was for y'all too. Move to Canada. :)

my review -

i enjoyed the ep! :)

didn't love it, but i didn't think i would. i 'know' every ep can't continue the seasons mythology, but...

I liked it quite a bit, I thought it was fun and kind of a way for them to cut loose and have some fun. :)

things i liked and disliked, in random order:

*HELEN!

i'm sure that surprised some ppl. sorry for throwing out that surprise

The only thing that surprises me is that you took so long to bring her up. :p

*the bald guy that hit will was another stargater actor.

*LOVED kate's line at the end, where she said she was just glad to be home. :)

Nicely said. :)

*helen's leather jacket. :D

The woman has got style. ;)

*kate getting back at the dudes in the warehouse.

She knows how to fight. ;)

*kate kissed henry! :D but henry didn't have time to really return it. dang. :p

It still made some fans happy. :p

*walter being the hero. and that suit rejecting him for becoming a butt-weasel.

I liked that moment, the suit saw him for who he'd become and it made him see it too. :)

*henry's niiiice arms.

Nice arms? I didn't notice his arms. :p

on a side note... does anyone else notice that helen isn't IN as much of the eps as she used to be?

It's still early in the season, and she had a lot to do in Bank Job. Anf there's still episodes to come that I know will have a lot of Helen. ;)

I have noticed this though, last week was a Biggie/Tesla centric episode, this week was a Kate centric, and next week looks to be about Henry, then it follows Breach, which looks to have a lot of Helen. ;) Do you think they're doing centric episodes for the characters one at a time?

the helen-will-kate-henry-biggie-tesla team feels like family. i like that. i LOVE that actually. :)

^ someone needs to make smilies of this group :p

I actually quite enjoyed this episode. I had to laugh when I saw the runner/sneakers hanging off the wires when Walter was running to find the pay phone....silly random stuff like that is kinda cool. :D
I didn't like Kate being tortured...I'm a bit over watching stuff like that since Ashley was tortured by the Cabal...actually it reminded me of what happened to Vala in Memento Mori. I did love the raunchy side of Kate but I think I would have liked to have seen a little more of the after effects on Kate. I'd love to see more of the fun side of Kate because she is such a fun character to watch and Agam plays her so well IMHO...she's awesome. :)
Chris Gauthier was better in this ep...for me anyway. I think he's kinda cute...in a cute little brother type way. :P
Loved Helen - as always. :P
Felt a little bit sorry for Will...two concussions...poor bugger. :P
I loved when Biggie did the old kung-fu stance and gestured to Kate to come get him...then she KO's him...giggled a bit at that part too. :D
I wouldn't mind seeing Virgil again coz he seems like a guy who went off the rails somewhat...I don't think he's pure evil or anything like that so maybe he can pop back one day as a friend or someone who becomes an ally to the Sanctuary....just an idea. :)
Still not liking the "Hank" thing...I adore Kate but I just don't like it when she calls Henry Hank. Loved when she kissed him though. :P
One thing I noticed was Helen hesitating to shoot Kate...she did it with Ashley and she did it again with Kate...can she really afford to hesitate? I wonder what would have happened had she shot her when she had the chance? Would things have gone better or worse?
the Normandy reference...did it sound like Helen may have been slightly annoyed that Henry and Kate were playing with her "mementos"? I mean she smirked when Kate asked if she had been at Normandy but when she realised that they had found the knife and Luger, she almost seemed annoyed that they "played" with her toys. What do you think she was about to say when she said..."to be honest...."
The weapons inventory that Helen wanted from Kate - *Spoiler for future ep*could that also be a hint to the future ep with PDL's character Ernie coming back?
I did enjoy the ep. Have not been disappointed with any of season 3 yet...so I'm looking forward to next week.

I have noticed that Amanda seems to be in the background more often this season. It kinda buggs me but at the same time, I'm glad we get more face time with the other characters...

Now if they could just bring John back as a reoccuring character NOW, that would be great!

well at least we'll get to see her very much up front in the historical episodes this season. i think magnus in her moment, outside and away from will, henry, big foot, kate, amongst her "peers" as it were, is stuff that i really really enjoy, something that i'd trade for seeing less of magnus here and there if i really had to. yes i'd rather see magnus all the time.

i didnt expect to like this episode. i didnt dislike it as much as i thought i would though. i didnt like the "wormhole x-treme" feeling it gave me with walter making a movie out of it. i thought kate in that costume would be cheesy based on the promos and trailers, but it wasnt at all cheesy imo when watching it in the epsiode. i liked when walter ran across the road to the pay phone, put the receiver to his ears/mouth and he realised it wasnt attached. dunno why i was amused by that but the music built up to it well.

the fact that he'd smashed his phone barely a minute before he needed it, made that funny

Lol you sound like you want them to remake the Banned Avengers episode "A Touch of Brimstone" it was banned in the USA because of Diana Riggs outfit.

Really? 5 compressions to 1 breath? Who taught these people CPR. Although we are going to have changes in the next few months-it is 30 compressions to 2 breaths for everybody with 1 person CPR and even in the clinical setting for adults, with two people-it is still 30 compressions to 2 breaths. Do they not have anybody on the set with any idea? It is so frustrating to watch these shows and have people get something this important wrong.

Eh? Well it changed in 2005 from 15 compressions to 2 breaths. I'm pretty sure when I took CPR 8000 years ago that it was 5 compressions to 1 breath.

ETA: http://firstaid.about.com/od/cprbasics/f/09_Is_the_CPR_I_learned_10_years_ago_good_enough_to_save_a_life.htm

Rescue breathing is still a part of CPR, but 10 years ago the ratio of compressions to breaths was 15:2 (5:1 if two rescuers worked together).

I've gotten used to bad CPR on TV. I hate it, but accept it for what/why it is. What I hate is injections into people's necks. Especially with long needles. I'm pretty sure that human physiology on TV is the same as off tv. ;) Makes me yell at the tv. :P And injecting straight into a vein without an IV. Not done in modern medicine except by injection drug users. Which is not in modern medicine.

Hey I know it is a picky point, but as a CPR Instructor I find it frustrating when here it is 2010 and they are still doing it wrong. It is almost as frustrating as the misuse of the AED. For heavens sake-it is the most idiot simple device known to man. It not only tells your where to put the pads and where to plug it in, it also tells you when to deliver the shock.

I went in with very low expectations considering the fact i thought Hero wasn't my favourite episode. However i thought the sequel was pretty solid.
I'm interested to see if they are taking the Henry/Kate thing anywhere after the kiss. I thought there was quite a nice chemistry between them when she first came on the scene but they backed away from it(i guess so they could develop the character).

Other small things i liked. Walter pulling his pants up while running(great comic timing and felt so natural). Kate's delivery of 'just glad to be home'

a plot hole I think

at the end, kate is unconscious. walter says he'll take her back to the sanctuary so she can get there as quickly as possible....but helen and biggie - the two canon medical people - are both still in the city. I didn't like the first Hero episode whenever it aired, and I couldn't stand last Friday's episode. I don't think I've ever felt that way about a Sanctuary episode before, but I'm simply not a fan of a) putting the young chick in leather just because we can, b) episodes trying to be funny by catering to/referencing the stereotypical "fanboy in the basement" or c) the fact that the whole movie set plotpoint reminded me waaay too much of that one SG-1 episode back in the day.

So... :o I love Sanctuary, I love 98% of the episodes, but I personally don't like the "funny" ones. The serious ones with copious amounts of one-liners, sure. But an episode that is deliberately campy throughout is not my thing.

I didn't like the cat suit much but I did enjoy the story. I enjoyed it more than the first Hero ep and I still have yet to watch any ep worse than Warriors. :)

Oh, I thought it was touted as a Kate-in-leather episode somewhere, so I went with it. I don't normally pay attention to (or care) what Helen wears. It's not my thing. But I'm pretty sure she's never worn anything super form-fitting. Just leather coats, I guess.

And I could tell they were still trying to be classy with the outfit with the lack of cleavage and whatnot. I still wasn't a fan of it, because that's what's pretty much been expected of sci-fi shows, simply because of the misnomer that only dudes watch them.

I like Kate and even though I still miss Ashley, I enjoy her relationship with Helen. I just feel like Sanctuary has managed to avoid a number of cliches throughout the series, yet last Friday's ep seemed to nail about three or four of them in a single hour. LOL

1. Was bummed it took so long for Kate to break out of captivity.

2. Was expecting more of Kate using her powers to help the team for a bit.

3. Virgil 'was' a Tracy brother, also an astronaut.

4. Generally liked Walter here

Good fun stuff!

The best thing about this episode is that Kate looked soooo hot in that outfit.

what? :pVirgil Tracy, of International Rescue in the old Thunderbirds show. He, like all the Tracy brothers, was named after an astronaut.

Anyhow, I enjoyed the original Hero well enough, so I like this one too. Not an especially serious or important episode but it was still a fun watch.

And I think it was good that SpiderKate didn't escape too quickly, it means that her captors weren't quite entirely incompetent. [edit] Also it shows that the suit isn't ridiculously overpowered and doesn't blatantly break laws of motion.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED it especially the suit (I'm dressing up as Kate from this ep for the Adelaide Armageddon next year) I love everything about it though when I heard there was gonna be a kiss I thought it was the one from the trailer so that disappointed me a little bit though I was waiting for them to kiss cuz they SOOO like each other (Kate & Henry sitting in a tree) and I just think it was my favourite episode so far :D and I am rather pissed about the shortened title sequence and I think it's a bit of an insult to the awesomeness of Andrew Lockington

And to the people who made the title sequence.
Since they're running it in Canada, I'm hoping it's something to do with the wrestling  running a minute or so late and it won't be all the time. I know--dream on.

when they end wrestling, the sanctuary ep immediately starts. there's no commercials in between.

trapping the wrestling fans into watching some of sanct :p, or running the smackdown show to the last second?

whatever it is, it's prob money related. :p

I have to admit that when I first heard the new theme music I didn't like it very much. Thankfully, we get the full theme every week, and it's grown on me. I even caught myself humming the tune. :P
It's such a shame you guys don't hear the full version.
