Eric Kripke to Develop DC Comics Sandman for TV?

The Hollywood Reporter tonight revealed that WBTV is talking to writer-producers about adapting the DC/Vertigo classic series Sandman, and that their top favorite is Eric Kripke, creator of Supernatural.

Good for him. I hope things work out. However, I hope he will still be involved with Supernatural, on some level.
