Eli said something about "I once climbed the Redridge Mountains, carrying a full pack". As Eternal Density suggested, it's not at all impossible. Dr Lee was really fascinated by the look of a planet he briefly visited in which he exclaimed "This is just like Elwynn Forest".

Both Redridge Mountains and Elwynn Forest are highly favored zones of the Alliance. Thou it would be one hell of a coincidence for two people who have never met, end up on the same realm and on the same faction, and they both currently work for the same organisation
