To my knowledge, there are no promotional photos with the entire cast in civilian clothes for Season 1. Well, I wasn't in Vancouver, so I don't know what photo you're talking about. All I know is, the only promotional photos available to the public that feature a group shot with everyone in civilian clothes were from Season 2 and Season 3. So either you've mistaken a Season 2 or Season 3 photo as Season 1, or it's a photo that Creation was able to get because of their special relationship with the studio, but it's not available to the public.
