Just dug this out of my old fanfic stuff I had written years ago about 4 years probably to this date never got back to it. I might have done too much for a story not sure. My Character's name is Tyjos Azari so I also used that as a username for a few years as well.
I had done a ton of thought and put a good bit of work into this was gonna make it a Miniture Wikipedia for the fanfic if I ever got to writing it. Part of inspiration was from several dozen anime series and sci fi series I had watched over the years...though it took a great bit of thought to even start putting this together those years ago...
If you're wondering what it has to do with Stargate is that the "Ancient Advanced Race" mentioned is in fact the Alterans. My Character's Race was created by them [after all that's what they do seed life in galaxies]

- Population lives in massive sky cities
- Sky Cities are huge platforms which a city has been built up on the Anti-Gravity platform
- Anti-Gravity Platforms actually ancient Colony ships that were converted into cities upon arriving on the world
Catarian
- Race is a Half Human/ Half Feline Hybrid
- Race was created using DNA from the native M'tral Catarians by an ancient advanced race as an Experiment.
- There are three races of Catarian
- Regular Catarians make up the bulk of the Society
- Feral Catarians, make up the entirety of the Military and Defense forces
- M'tral Catarians, these are Reclusive Catarians who live in the Lanis Forest and are keepers of the Lanis Sanctuary
- M'trals are always in touch with nature and are in sync with the people around them through their telepathic and empathic abilities.
-M'trals live longer than any other Catarians or other regular races that have Encountered the Catarians.
- M'trals are known to be infinitely wise and are always sought out for advice on problems and generally kept as Advisors to the Royal Family.

- Empress is in Total Control, the Catarians are a female dominated society
- Emperor has limited control, is there to defend the family and produce heirs to the throne
- There are no current houses under the Royal Family
- Maintains Control of the Empire,
- In the early era when the Royal Family was large and containing many families Princes and Princesses maintained different Regions of the Empire.
- The Royal Family has longevity and can live for thousands of years, this source of long life comes from the waters of the Lanis Sanctuary.
The Lanis Sanctuary
- The Royal Family's private retreat
- Located in the remote Nilan Mountain Region
- Is a simple small temple that is on a heavily forested hill surrounded by heavy foliage
- Surrounded by deep thick foliage and forest
- Only Accessible by Transporter Platform located in the Royal Palace
- No clothes of any kind allowed in the Sanctuary, must become one with nature
- The Sanctuary is cut off totally from the outside world, no technology is allowed.
- Is the traditional location of the royal family to have children
- Is a place of quiet relaxation and meditation
- A Crystal Water fall drains fresh water into the Sanctuary's natural water-fall pool
- Weather is calm, cool, and rain fall is frequent
- Has natural hot springs as well
- There are half-flooded under water caves that offer great areas for under-water swimming as well as offering private areas to relax and meditate.

- A Special Division made to monitor the empire's border and vast grids of Sensors and probes
- A Central Data Core Center on Catari Prime manages and analyses all data that is streamed from the sensors, probes, and vessels
- Standard assignment to the Observer Corps is no less than 20 years
- Due to the massive amounts of data received every day at the CDCC [Central Data Core Center] the computer systems are augmented with Catarian Neural Systems
- Special Interfaces used by Catarian CDCC Operators interface their neural nets into the System Data Core to allow for faster processing of all the information
- The Observer Corps also controls the Empire's Search and Rescue and Retrieval Operations
- There are always at any given time 2000 Operators on permanent station in the Control Center
- With the use of Crystal Data Processing the computer core is the most advanced system in existence
Catarian Species Information

- Each Catarian is required to mate to produce children
- There are no Feral Females, Ferals are created in breeding facilities through genetic manipulation
