Stones and babies

What with all the talk about babies I was wondering how the stones worked with pregnant people. Is only the parents consciousness transferred? Or would the unborn babies be as welll, and how would that work? Could a pregnant person only swap with another pregnant person in that case?. Maybe the baby would actually be the one transferred (since the babies brain would likely be closer to the stone when activated?)

And in another thought, what are the legal and moral ramifications if on one of the trips back to earth Chloe (say) gets her host pregnant, or one of the men uses their host to get someone pregnant. I can just imagine the paternity suits...

The stones are activated by touch.. the last person to touch the stone is the one who is transferred. The distance between the stone and the user hasn't been an issue so far.. when Keller was transferred with Whatshername she was nowhere near the stone and the same with Daniel when Vala used a communication stone.

Only the person consciousness who touched the stone would go transferred. Although it would be fun for the person who suddenly gained a pregnancy

SGU has turned into a soap opera, the only difference this one is set on a spaceship and since people wouldn't watch if half this stuff wasn't going on, it may only get worse. So I will expect that spoiler you quoted to happen eventually.
