I could be wrong, but that looks like a screenshot of the first page of the movie script. I don't think it's software, per se.

Yep its from Joe Mallozzi Script for the new SG film, The Script is written just whenever MGM gets the money to produce it. Its old news by 6 mnths.

Search for writing program on Joe's blog, its the one he uses to write all his Stargate scripts, I cant remember, wait let me go look.
